Intro .
The Executive Centre ambitious professionals and industry leaders who were looking for more than just an office space. Members can enjoy amenities such as complimentary beverages, printing facilities, bookable Meeting Rooms, serviced Barista Bars are also available in selected locations.
Goal .
Enhancing the way of members to order beverage

A. Problem
To discover the pain points in the coffee ordering process, I have collected three different parties information.

Opeartion
"Members they are enjoying our barista bar service, sometimes especially peak hour we will receive the comments about the missing order or late delivery of coffee"

Members
"I love the coffee provided by TEC, the barista bar gives me a break from my intense work. Sometimes they were busy handling the order, it takes me a while to order and receive my order"

"I need to make approximately 80+ coffee per day, I have to remember the order from members by memory or notes."
